Log in and easily make your own arrangement for your payment arrears. You can do this by logging into the left field ‘My DirectPay’. If you are unwilling or unable to log in, please fill in the short questionnaire below. We will process the information and call you to confirm the agreements and the arrangement. An arrangement is entirely free of charge if you pay in a maximum of four instalments.

Now we will ask you a few questions about your income and any other payment arrears. This information prevents us from offering you an arrangement that does not suit you.

If you have answered ‘no’ to everything in questions 5 to 8, we can probably offer the arrangement you require.
But don't worry if you have answered ‘yes’ somewhere in questions 5 to 8. We can probably still help you.
And if not, we can help you with a different solution for your payment arrears. We will contact you if we need any additional information about your application.
